The boys of Edison High School in middle-of-nowhere Maine have wanted to kickstart their Computer Science Club for as long as they could type the alphabet...4 years into their high school career, they discover it is not as easy as it looks to gain support for their mission. But when a mysterious girl enters the picture, they can finally begin! After a few meetings, however, their interests have changed. They now want to take over the school with a robot! As their interaction with it progresses, it grows more and more human, until it takes over the Computer Science Club, its very own creator.

Kristin feels nothing, numb from her parents’ constant fighting. She doesnʼt respond to the needs of her friends or her younger brother Jason. A compassionate, mysterious friend appears who sends her into a Rainbow of emotions. Each Rainbow guide forces her to confront the anger, confusion, happiness, envy and sadness she needs to feel.  Only then is she ready to embrace hope, and her family and friends.

Frankie Needs a Friend

Oswald is the imaginary friend of Frankie.  Oswald obviously has a huge motivation for keeping Frankie isolated and unable to make real connections with other students, as then perhaps the need for an imaginary friend would disappear.
