A popular girl looks down on most of the other kids in her class, until one day she realizes she can see ghosts, who seem to have the main purpose of annoying her. The ghosts are from all different time periods, so she realizes history research is needed. With her popular friends now avoiding her, she turns to the history “nerds” and learns that ghosts most likely have unfinished business. Together, they all work to discover and solve the ghosts’ needs, and she learns that friends come in all forms.
