Acting for Film 2: Self-Tape Workshop
What does it mean for an actor to be “Camera Ready?” Act in on-camera exercises, television & film scenes. Each student will work in front of and behind the camera lens. We will also have the option to do basic editing for audition reels. Expand your training to on-camera with this exciting workshop!

INSTRUCTOR
Liam Toner
Liam Toner is a teaching artist with over 10 years of experience directing, teaching, and coaching young actors. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Liam received his BFA from the Hartt School and spent ten years in Los Angeles working in television, film, improv, and sketch comedy.
He returned to New England and has taught at the Hartt School since 2018. He received his MFA from the University of Idaho in 2023, and has worked as an actor at West Springfield’s Majestic Theatre. He lives in Longmeadow with his wife and two sons.
